This two-day workshop will explore a broad edged pen version of a chunky Roman capital alphabet. This fun, bold hand has a more casual and contemporary look than its more formal cousins and creates lovely textures and white spaces. We’ll practice pen manipulation for dynamic stroke transitions, explore color blending with a powdered ink from Belgium called Bister for gorgeous, transparent color effects, and finish with graphite effects to make the letters stand out.
To ensure your place, please register by September 30, 2026. Full payment is due October 15, 2026. It’s going to be a fun workshop for all levels. We will brown bag it for lunch.
